Please carefully read the Terms & Conditions. We strive to accommodate any requests or changes (subject to availability) that suit the guidelines below. Accepting the Reservation, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Therapist Arrival

Our therapist will arrive on schedule or 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. We hope that you are ready in your home or villa. Our therapist will arrive at the location/address you have provided in the booking form. She will introduce her name and confirm your booked treatment. Before starting, the therapist will present the home-remedy service card for you to tap in.

Rescheduling

Should you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 12 hours notice is required to help us reschedule your appointment (subject to availability). We will be unable to reschedule your appointment if less notice is given. Please kindly find guideline to the cancelation guideline underneath the booking form.

Cancellations and Refunds

We require at least 24 hours' notice for a full refund should your cancellation booking is made. If cancellation is made within 5 - 12 hours before the treatment, a 50% refund will be received by the client. Meanwhile, all cancellations made less than 4 hours will not be entitled to a refund, and all cancellations made with less than 12 hours with no-shows cannot be refunded.

We perform our home services with undivided honesty, integrity, and respect for our clients, and these translate across our customer care services. Thus, we equally respect clients committed to respecting our service without making or exhibiting threatening, abusive or violent behavior toward our therapist team.

Order /Booking

We strive to deliver high-quality services at your most convenient and comfortable home. Earlier booking is available two days in advance, and your latest order is received 4-hours before the treatment is delivered.
